I placed an order for only lenses for my eyeglasses as I already had the frame on which lens were to be assembled.
However frame was a bit loose so I asked the employee to do to needful and he said that it would be fixed. However when I went to collect my order I noticed the frame was loose so they said that it is not our fault as your frame was already in bad shape when you gave us. So if it was not possible to fix the glasses than they should have informed me before embedding the lenses. As of now I am not unable to use my glasses
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
