Nykaa Fashion - Complaint Against Nykaa Fashion Wrong Product Delivered No Resolution

I placed an order on Nykaa Fashion (Order ID: NYK-********-*******) for a Giva *** chain. However, instead of the ordered product, I received a small bracelet that looks nothing like what was advertised on their website.
To make matters worse, the package had no barcode, no details, or any identification, making it impossible to process a return through their website. I immediately contacted Nykaa Fashion’s customer support, shared clear pictures and a video of the wrong product, and raised a complaint.
After multiple follow-ups, Nykaa Fashion denied my claim, stating that they have “dispatched the correct product,” despite clear photographic proof proving otherwise. Their refusal to acknowledge their mistake has caused me unnecessary stress, financial loss, and mental harassment.
I urge Voxya to take immediate action against Nykaa Fashion and help me get a resolution.
