Clear Trip flights - Clear trip flight cancelled but not refund in 1 moth

The ticket was canceled due to the flight cancellation, so it's been a month and we still haven't received the refund.
What they have not done is that the full refund has been transferred to the account from Fly Dubai's office.
The airlines have not transferred my account to me even though I have paid them in full today
