Byjus - Cheating on refund by Byjus

We purchased Byju's learning App for grade *th and *th. TNL ************ Dt **-*-** with a condition that that the Kit can be returned back if the request is made within ** days as per Byju's return and cancellation policy .Accordingly we made a request for cancellation of the Kit within the stipulated time limit and a confirmation was received on * july **** by one Mr Prajwal B from cancellation@byjus.com stating that the request for cancellation is being forwarded to the concerned Dept.for neccessary action. A series of phone calls followed since then with their local representative, their Call centre reps and Mentor Mr Abuaslam yielding NO RESULTS. Finally we received a call from the Manager of the concerned Dept Ms Sutata declining the refund and also declining our request for a confirmatory Email from their end about the NON Refund.
