I was serving a car on Zoomcar platform.
On *nd february ****, the car was accident on zoomcar platform by guest of ratensh pandey. from that day to till i am contacting to zoomcar by email or by call but till no any damage car payment or any payment are paid by zoomcar service. for that so much problme facing. in middle time the Mr. sameer is contacing me and suggest to agree some payment by zoomcar. that time i also accepted offer by zoomcar and agreement also done and signed by me and sent it on october **** to zoomcar office which is situated at bengaluru, maharashtra. but till no any reply or no one taking seriously on this matter. they are take a * years to resolving this matter. i am so harrassed and so many financial problem facing till date. so please i am requesting to give me justice on my car loss.
