Byjus - Byjus NOC for Loan Cancellation

We purchased the UPSC IAS preparation course in March **** for Rs. **,*** on an EMI basis through their finance partner, Incred Financial, with a cancellation policy offering a full refund within ** days from the purchase date.

In April ****, we requested the cancellation of the course. They instructed us to pay the EMI, assuring us that the refund would be processed once the cancellation was approved. Accordingly, we made two EMI payments of Rs. *,*** each.

After several follow-ups, we received the refund for the EMI payments and a confirmation email from Byju's stating that the loan cancellation had been approved. We were told the process would take **-** working days. However, the loan account still remains active, and despite multiple attempts to obtain the NOC, we have not received a proper response.

We did not receive any SMS or emails regarding EMI deductions, and we assumed the loan account was closed. Upon reviewing our credit report, we discovered that the loan account is still active, with the outstanding balance increasing, which has negatively impacted our credit score.

We request that you instruct Incred Financial to update their system to reflect that no dues are pending, correct the credit report, and issue the NOC at the earliest. We have been waiting for more than a year, and we have not received any response to our previous requests.
