Redbus.in - bus cancelled but refund not given

I purchased a ticket on **st July ** o'clock from Allahabad to Lucknow. I was there from **:** and eagerly waiting for the bus. The bus didn't come. At about **:** pm one of my co-passenger told that the bus has been cancelled. I was not even informed about the cancellation. My co-passenger got a message regarding the cancellation and I have attached the screenshot.
Even after so many days, they have not given a refund. It is only showing under process.
Initially, they told that the bus was not cancelled but then I showed them the proof. After that no response from them. It was absolutely horrible immoral experience.
