Redbus.in - Bus Arrival got delayed by 5 hours

i was travelling from indore to delhi.
i boarded the bus on time from indore and the bus was suppose to arrive delhi at the last stop of akshardham metro station by **am or **:** am, but instead the bus arrived at * pm in the afternoon.
when i called redbus they said it was due to bus breakdown, but the actual reason was that the bus was empty and it stopped at gwalior, dholpur, agra etc. to fill up local passengers and hence reached delhi at * pm.

i had a flight to catch so I booked an ola cab and it charged me another inr ***/-
i want a full refund and also my excessive expense of inr ***/- for ola cab.

another issue is that the rate of the ticket when i booked was inr ****/- but just one day before the journey when i checked the rates it was approx. inr ****/-.

so now they are offering me only inr ***/-, but i want full refund plus additional inr ***/-
