I am awaiting my refund urgently. A bogus parcel was sent to me and I have been duped of Rs ****. They have really upset and frustrated me by holding me ransom to my money of a bogus parcel. From all my messages and various tickets with them it's very clear this parcel was a problem from Nykaa side. The delivery agent 'Delhivery' and dispatch team has stolen my parcel. And replaced it with this demeaning message top which is not worth even Rs ***. I forwarded all the pictures of it within minutes of the delivery. This is really horrifying customer service where there side where they have refused to help me due to no fault of mine. The dress I ordered was a forever new Brooke linen dress and they sent me a black and white crop short sleeve top saying 'I'm Bored AF'. So a demeaning message and a complete cheat of a parcel. They have been telling me the cctv and weight of the parcel shows it is very much my dress. But this is a lie because how come I was delivered this top and a completely wrong product! I raised the ticket to them within ** to ** mins of delivery. They are cheats! Please return my money!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
