Victor Selva filed complaint against Big Basket on May 6, 2019
I have booked a few items to be delivered and paid through my wallet credits. I paid around *** and also purchased a membership plan of ***. But they just mailed me that they have deactivated my account as I have * different accounts of the big basket. They cancelled order also and are not even refunding my money.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
