Big Basket - Big Basket Transaction Failed but Money Deducted

I made a payment of Rs. **** to Big Basket on *st June ****. Post that I got a message saying that the transaction was successful with transaction ID *********, however BB page said that the transaction was timed out due to which they haven't received the payment.
Please help me in getting my refund as I have later paid another Rs. **** to complete this transaction.
