"Dear Sir/Madam,
Even After having a genuine AMC I have been struggling to get my Eureka Forbes RO Unit repaired at the Katihar. For the past many days I am struggling to get my RO repaired and running. My parents being a senior citizen and faith in Eureka Forbes has taken AMC regularly. If you do not have proper arrangement of Service then at least mention that in the AMC before enrolling. You can check the Log for the struggle we have made to get the AMC service. Infact I had mailed too regarding this issue . This is a real harassment of Customers where the RO is not working for the Past ** days for senior citizen and the product being in AMC is not being attended by your service person for the past so many days."
I have raised this issued multiple times for the AMC service but there is only assurance from the call center but the Service Person never Arrived and the RO is not working forcing my Parents to drink water without being Filtered from the ***** machine I purchased and ****-**** paid for AMC on annual basis regularly.
