Yuvraj jha filed complaint against Big Basket on Nov 30, 2024
My Big Basket account has been deactivated stating "We would like to inform you that as per our records, we notice that you were misusing the Bigbasket policy quality guarantees hence your account was deactivated". I have never denied a return pickup of bad items delivered. I had money in my wallet that has not been refunded. Kindly help. i just logged in with multiple accounts because i was unaware doing this was against their policy
