Big Basket - Account deactivated and wallet balance debited

Big basket office deactivated my account without any valid reason, Just because of rising genuine complain against any product,and it's not valid. Everytime I ordered fruits and vegetables ,they always send either overriped or rotten. They never deliver fresh product . Yesterday I ordered pomegranate ,papaya and other fruits ,they all are rotten from inside.
