I purchased a Carrier *.* Ton * Star Inverter Split AC (Model: CAI**CE*R**F*) from Reliance Digital on **-**-**** for ₹**,***. At the time of purchase, I was assured free installation within **–** hours.
However, even after more than * days, no technician has been assigned and installation has not been completed. I have made **+ calls to customer care and sent multiple emails, but I keep receiving the same response that the issue is “escalated,” without any actual resolution. I have all the proofs.
The product is lying completely unused at my residence, making it unusable. I have a *-year-old child and senior citizens aged ** and ** years at home, and this delay has caused significant inconvenience, mental stress, and hardship due to extreme weather conditions.
I have already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline. Despite this, the company has failed to provide a clear timeline or resolution.
This clearly amounts to deficiency in service and misleading commitment by the company.
I request immediate return and full refund of the product along with compensation of ₹**,*** for mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
