Indigo Air lines - Missed flight missed because of misinformation and immediate change in departure

Hi Team,
For the flight with PR VU**VN, we have reached boarding gate at * ** AM as the information from the Indigo flight was to reach ** minutes before the departure. But the gates were closed even at *: ** AM and informed us that we cant catch thr flight as the gates are allready closed and they directed us to the reservation for next flight. On detailed conversation with customer support we came to know that the gates were closed prior as the arrival time was early. But this is int fair. Not even a call from Indigo agents as a web checked in passengers if not passed the gate have to be notified right? That too didnt happen. This was so unfair. You can check security camera we have reached in time and please do the needful.
