I am writing to formally report an issue regarding my recent order and the failed return pickup due to a QC mismatch raised by the courier partner.

Issue Description:
Item colour ordered: Purple (Lilac)
Item colour received: Pink
The product delivered is clearly of a different colour than what was ordered. Due to this mismatch, I raised a return request under the reason “Product received is different from the image”, which was accepted in the Urbano returns portal and marked Out for Pickup.
However, I received an email from Delhivery Customer Support stating that the pickup for AWB ************** was cancelled due to a QC/colour mismatch, and they are unable to proceed with the return. Delhivery has advised me to contact Urbano Surface for further assistance.
This situation is concerning, as the colour mismatch is the exact reason for initiating the return, and the product received does not match the ordered specification.
I kindly request you to:
Re-initiate the return pickup with proper QC validation, or
Provide an alternative resolution such as a refund without pickup or replacement, at the earliest.
I have attached all relevant screenshots and product images as evidence for your reference.
