Club Liberty - Club Liberty has not refunded my last emi rs email timeframe Not responding to my multiple emails

As per email "Club liberty" based out in Delhi has not refunded my last emi of rs ***** on sep **
They have refunded last * emi after my following up with them so many times.everytime they say technical glitch like frauds. I have sent them reminder on sep ** to refund.This is too much which I cannot tolerate.They never refunded on time earlier and this time it seems like they never refund to me this time because yesterday they sent bullshit email saying they want to discuss regarding refund with accounts team which seems fraud,phishy and illogical when they should have refunded last emi on sep ** as per their email itself.I don't understand what is there to discuss regarding this ?

Even i mailed them now many times but no refunded confirmation email still and seems like they have blocked my number intensionally or they are not attending call which looks so pakka suspicious to me

Worst part is trusting these useless people i have cleared my loan emi of HDFC Bank recently from my own pocket,, last * emi refund they didnot refund on time even after multiple follow ups everytime they gave technical glitch.which makes me to think they are not trustworthy

Even incharge person is not responding to WhatsApp messages and call. I need this
refunded immediately,that's it..I have lost complete trust on them because I have given them ample time, reminders and waited accordingly to their refund timeframe mentioned in email.No one will wait more than this. I have attached some email evidence and what's app follow up msgs with incharge person and call log screenshot where they never picked call yesterday but now showing as not connected which means they blocked my number intensionally for sure
