Club Liberty - Club liberty membership fraud

I have paid, *,*****/- Rs for club liberty membership for ** years that provides the hospitality services across the world. They promised to provide ** hotels but all false promises, they said they'll be providing luxury hotels and barely giving options of *k/night. Every time, one has to get into arguments while booking, the executive Mr. Garry and his manager Mr Devendra Sharma who promised ** luxury hotels never provided the appropriate options. they do not have escalation matrix or grievance Redressal system in place, one has to deal with the same customer care or reservation executives. This is a big fraud firm. The properties listed in their website are never available and the alternative they provide are not comparable to the listed ones so their website is highly misleading. They seem to be having paid and misleading reviews on Google as well. I've read through so many consumer court complaints against them on the portals.
