I got a call that they have a tie up with Honda and they want to offer a free coupon, there was no tie up and it was a false call.
They sold me a package saying that I can book the holiday online and I can book multiple rooms.
Upon reaching out to them regarding above promises, they denied, now they have all my money and not ready to refund anything. Not ready to talk about what was promised.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
