Club Liberty - Refund Issue

I have purchased Holiday package with Club Liberty on **th August ****. They have assured that I can cancel the subscription within ** days after registration. After growing suspicions when I found that their verbal claims are false, I immediately asked for cancellation and refund on the same day. For months they did not give adequate response and after threatening to take legal action they agreed refund. But they have said they can only refund in installments. First half was refunded on **th December **** almost after * months. They promised that the *nd installment will be done on **th Jan ****. Even after several followups they have not yet refunded. I am pretty confident that they are running fraudulent business as they are unable to pay the customer amount or deposit which is not spent on anything yet.
