Club liberty - Fraud by Club liberty

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my Club Liberty membership. I purchased the membership for ₹*,**,*** for a period of ** years, expecting a premium and hassle-free holiday experience.

So far, I have only used a *-night complimentary stay at Nashik and a *-night stay at Goa, which you may deduct from my membership fee. However, I am extremely disappointed with the services provided. Almost every time I request a booking, I am informed that my preferred dates are unavailable, and I am offered low-quality properties that are not worthy of the membership value.

At the time of purchase, their sales team had clearly promised stays at *-star and international properties, which was one of the main reasons I decided to proceed with the membership. Unfortunately, this commitment has not been honored. I do not have written proof of this promise, but it was conveyed verbally during the sales process.

Instead of providing peace of mind, the membership has become a constant struggle. I have had to adjust my holiday plans repeatedly based on your availability, rather than enjoying the flexibility and comfort that were promised.

Additionally, I have received no clear information or official update regarding your refund or cancellation policy. A signed agreement cannot be used as a justification to mislead or cheat customers. Therefore, I am initiating the process to legally cancel my membership and seek a refund of the amount paid (after deducting the stays utilized)
