I have recently booked a car in zoomcar. It was mentioned as free cancellation till one day before the booking date. As there were no one responding from their website or app, I decided to cancel the booking. I was trying to cancel ** days prior, but still it's showing half the price will be cut off.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
