I am zoomcar host my Car MARUTI SUZUKI CIAZ MH**AE**** went on booking on ** nov **** via zoomcar host program and their customer had very badly accident my car on **st Nov **** Customer Name Is KIRAN DHANDE cont. No. is ********** Booking Id JPSNC*LDW. from that day my car is still in their designated workshop in same accidental condition they didn't started any repair work on my car. I got mail from zoomcar in that written my car went in total loss. when I reached to their designated workshop they told me that my car is repairable and they had given the estimate on *th dec **** to the zoomcar and me but they didn't got approval yet from zoomcar. Nowhere in zoomcar policy mentioned that if estimate value goes above this particular value or IDV then car went in total loss. So they can't declare my car as a total loss as per their policy. And zoomcar Manager not picking my calls and blocked me on what'sapp. His name is AJAY PATLE cont. No. is **********. I raised so many tickets on zoomcar host app for the repair status of my car but didn't got any reply from zoomcar. On zoomcar host program My Registered Name Is Vanita Satpute mob. No. is ********** Email Sangharshs****@gmail.com. TICKET ID *******. I JUST WANT MY CAR REPAIRED FROM ZOOMCAR
