Zoomcar india limited - Refund of booking and Issue related with invoice

Booked car through Zoomcar application. from *rd Jan evening to *th Jan morning. Booking cancelled by Host at the last moment. Then zoomcar insisted me to book another car and showing some nearby cars. We were trying to contact zoomcar but there's no response from customer care. I don't have other choice. So I booked another car, in application it shows for this car booking you will get refund from what you paid for last car booking. After that no refund from zoomcar side , No response, no invoice copy. What kind service zoomcar providing.
