I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the numerous issues I have faced as a Zoomcar host over the past year.
Firstly, my car, registered under your host program, suffered multiple damages due to the actions of Zoomcar’s guests. Following your policy, I reached out to Gaadifix for repairs through the contact details provided by Zoomcar. However, the experience turned into a nightmare as my car remained unrepaired despite weeks of being at your network garage.
Moreover, I encountered a glitch in your system that allowed bookings to be made for my car even after I had temporarily paused it in your host program. This glitch resulted in canceled bookings, accompanied by poor ratings, as I couldn’t fulfill them while my car was at the garage. Despite raising tickets on your host app, the issue remained unresolved, and tickets were closed without any assistance.
To make matters worse, the Gaadifix representative, instead of providing a solution, began behaving rudely and eventually stated that they would not repair my car. Faced with no support from Zoomcar or Gaadifix, I had no choice but to take my car back and bear the repair costs myself.
Upon attempting to relist my car in your host program, I discovered that it was terminated due to the glitch-induced booking cancellations and associated bad ratings. This termination, resulting from Zoomcar’s own error, has caused me substantial losses in time, money, and mental well-being.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of support, communication, and resolution throughout this ordeal. It is disheartening to believe that such issues might be affecting others as well, contributing to a sense of hopelessness within your host community.
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly, rectify the unjust termination of my car, and provide compensation for the losses incurred. It is my hope that Zoomcar can address these issues promptly and work towards restoring the trust of your hosts.
