- Zoom car refund issue Closed
I’ve tried booking a car on September *nd after doing the payment when go back the money was taken from my account but no bookings were confirmed . Then I received an email saying that my booking canceled and it will be refunded. So I waited like a two weeks to get it refunded so I called them they said due to current situation it takes ** days to refund but it’s more than ** days but nothing ha happened and I’m not able to contact them now.
