Zoom Car - Zoom car charging a fine with false claim

GOPAL SINGH filed complaint against Zoom Car on Nov 25, 2019

Sir, I booked a zoom car on **th November **** and checked all documents of the car including RC prior to taking the car and returned the car on the same date with all documents. But now after payment, they are emailing me that RC is not present in the car and I will have to pay Rs ***** which is a false acquisition. Also, they are charging an **% tax if the amount is not paid within * days. They are not providing transparency and charging me unnecessary which is illegal.
