Zoom Car - Refund for my booking

Hello,
I booked Zoomcar on ** September **** in Delhi. I had to pick it up from Malviya Nagar metro station on ** September **** at **:**. I reached the location to pick up the car. The car was unlocked through the Zoomcar application but the key was not inside. I contacted the host through Zoomcar but the host's incoming calls are not available I messaged the host also but there is no reply from the host's end. There was an address also mentioned in the message from the host. I reached the address also to contact the host but no person in the whole building owned that car. Then I mailed customer support of Zoomcar but they hardly replied after *-* days without any positive response. My **** Rs is stuck without any reason. So I want Zoomcar to kindly look into this case and refund my **** Rs in **-** hrs because its already been * days.
