Zoom Car - Invoice not generated

I have been trying to reach Zoomcar customer care and unable to get the invoice since I need it for reimbursement (taken trip for official purposes). Kindly support, need invoices for the following trip IDs:
*) JPSNO*UMD
*) JPSNO*DE*
