This is to inform you that the car was booked on September **th, and the payment of **,*** was made. when the car was supposed to arrive at the venue, an OTP was requested to confirm the ride. As a result, the users account was deleted. Currently, neither the car owner nor the driver is reachable, and we are left with only the payment confirmation. Unfortunately, the app does not provide adequate customer support for such issues.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
