I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of one of your delivery partner during the delivery on ** sep **** I have ordered food from kasthuri bhavan order id ********** , the delivery partner is very rude and drunk his name is Vimalraj C that guy not even knowing where to delivery and made the call he is some where and I also guided him to the delivery location but he showed rude behaviour and used unparlimantory word, inappropriate language which is very bad and rude and he insulted my family and made nuisance to the public and as a zomato customer I felt very bad and ill-treated and very uncomfortable and dissatisfied with your service. These type of guys should be punishes and fired from job otherwise Zomato reputation and integrity will fade and ruin.
Previous I ordered many food through zomato through many delivery partner that was good and didn't face any issue. This is the first time I am facing it. I even reported through zomato app support and now I am mailing it also
As a zomato customer I am raising this concern please take necessary action against him so that in future no other zomato customer should face like this issue.
I urge you to address this issue with outmost serious. I would appreciate it if you could inform me of the actions you plan to take to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future and what steps will be taken to address this specific incident
It's been months and no proper response came on what action has been taken on that delivery partner vimalraj c which really upsets. Kindly give an update and please acknowledge the mail.
Kindly also tell what type of details you are lacking to take action against the delivery partner vimalraj c. A must immediate and serious action should be taken on that delivery partner vimalraj c. I believe that terminating vimalraj c employment is the appropriate course of action to ensure the integrity of your company and to prevent further harm. I trust that you will handle this situation with the seriousness it deserves and take necessary steps to address this matter promptly.
