I received two spoiled rasmalai. They smell awful and look like they were made *-* days ago. I have been in contact with Zomato for ** days. They keep telling me that they have refunded my amount, but I haven't received it yet. They also won't provide me with the reference number for the refund if it was processed. This is utter nonsense. This is how they respond to a valuable customer? I want compensation. Who would be responsible if something unfortunate happened?
