Hi,
I ordered food from hotel junior kuppana via zomato on nov **th **** from salem branch..Though I am travelling in train no. ***** so I ordered food to be delivered in S**, seat ** and the PNR no is **********. I paid through online using my credit card. The delivery parter from zomato is JAWAHAR BABU M who supposed to delivery my food in salem junction but he didn't delivery my food. I called him several times but he didn't pick my call. So, i called the respecetive hotel and asked them regarding the food, as he told the food has been hand over to the zomato delivery partner..But in zomato app as it's showing like the food has been delivered to me..But I didn't receive my food parcel.
On that night itself I messaged the zomato customer support person regarding the issue. He/She also said that the delivery partner is not answering our calls..So you kindly drop a mail to order@zomato.com
I raised a complaint, the zomato team also tried to contact the delivery partner but is not answering the calls..
Then suddenly on Nov **, **** i received a mail from zomato, stating that the amount can't be compensated because the delivery partner has confirmed that he has delivered the food.
Without having food, I paid the money. So am asking zomato team to refund my money.. But they are refusing it but giving fake answers.
I want my money to be refund back as I have paid Rs ***.**.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
