Today, my wife ordered food while I was sleeping. When the delivery agent arrived, he handed the food to my wife. When she tried to pay in cash, he refused to accept it and insisted on online payment, claiming that Zomato would charge an extra amount to the agent. His behavior was unprofessional, and he used inappropriate language. The entire incident was recorded on CCTV, and I am sharing this online so that all customers can understand the kind of service Zomato is providing and the type of employees they are hiring
