I was using zomato from * to * days.One month before i odered food from my family from zomato which nearly costed me *** rs ,they said food will be deliverd within ** min but after ** min i haven't received the food so i cancelled my order to book another but they haven't told me about the penalty so i odered from new restaurant then again same thing happened and they charged me penalty and when i asked them that it was not my mistake they told me you have to pay the penalty at any cost . I want someone to help me with the issue
