- Zomato charged double rates Open
I was cancelling order * seconds after giving the order as I changed my mind and zomato was not charging fees as food preparation was not started. It took one hour to process my request due to which I was charged incorrectly.
Please see this in the screenshot and pay your penalty fees of **** rupees. Please also repair the zomato chat service or it will cause you legal notice from other customers in future.
