First time in the decade of shopping with amazon, I have had such a horrendous experience. I bought Yamaha NS-SP1800BL 5.1 Home Theater System (Black) approx 2 months back. Seller sent a different model. I created return and refund request.
Even after seller approved, pickup never happened as twice courier guy came without any receipt of tracking number. twice courier guy came without a suitable conveyance and said will come back again but didn't.
A month later I had to file a claim as that was on 26th april. multiple numbers of calls and email exchanged with amazon and seller, and today I received an email from buyer-guarantee that claim has been denied and I can't even find a reason why.
What's wrong with Amazon now I don't know. Consumer court is the only way left now I guess
