Amazon India - Wrong package delivered and denied refund

I had ordered SilverArrow Chunky Heel Bellies Women's Fashion Pointed Stiletto Heel Pump Shoes, size * from Cocobluretail, Amazon on *th May ****. I had filed for return the moment my order was delivered as during unboxing I discovered that they had delivered a completely different product, a white and silver shiny wedge heels from Try Me. It was picked up the very next day. I also talked to Amazon Executive about the same and he assured me about refund. But the on **st I receive a mail from amazon that investigation is closed and refund has been denied as product returned is not same as ordered. I again contacted their customer executive to enquire about the same, but was met with disappointment. As a loyal customer of amazon since ** years I expected better assistance and a resolution to my problem. The fact that they are unwilling to correct their mistake and compensate me for the financial loss is truly disheartening.
