Yogeshwar Choudhary filed complaint against Amazon India on Oct 3, 2025
I, Yogeshwar Choudhary, participated in an Amazon Live Daily Deal Dhamaka Giveaway held on **th September ****, where I won Sony WH-CH***N headphones. I successfully claimed the prize, and Amazons message clearly stated that the product would be delivered by *rd October ****. However, even after the promised date, the product has not been shipped till yet. Despite contacting Amazon Customer Care multiple times (over ** times), I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. Amazon has breached its promise by not honoring the giveaway commitment and has caused me inconvenience. Relief Sought: Immediate shipping and delivery of my gift.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
