Mouli filed complaint against Amazon India on Mar 12, 2025
This is a follow-up to my previous communication and a formal escalation regarding the refund of Rs. **,*** for my mobile order.
On February **rd, I spoke with a member of your Leadership Team and provided them with clear evidence, including an image, regarding the incorrect exchange amount. During this conversation, I explicitly requested confirmation of the Rs. **,*** refund, which included the Rs. *,*** promotional discount. I reiterated this request three times.
The Leadership Team member confirmed and promised the full refund of Rs. **,***, acknowledging that the error originated from Amazon's end. They further documented this confirmation in an email sent to me on February **rd, ****. They also stated that this refund information was noted on my order details and instructed me to contact your team if I did not receive the full amount.
Therefore, I have concrete proof of the promised refund, including email correspondence.
I require one of the following resolutions within the next six hours:
* Immediate refund of Rs. **,***, including the Rs. *,*** promotional discount.
* Provision of the same mobile device with a Rs. *,*** price discount, enabling me to repurchase it.
Failure to provide either of these resolutions within the stipulated timeframe will compel me to pursue legal action to recover my funds.
I trust this clarifies the situation. I expect immediate action.
