Complaint filed against: Amazon India
I had placed order & got confirmation that I will get delivery by 14th of Sep by 6 PM. Then I contacted on Amazon customer care , they told me that it will get delivered by 9 PM. but it was not. & On second day i got msg that my number was not contactable hence the parcel could not get delivered. I was waiting in office post office closure. I had mentioned the office address so the delivery should get completed by 6 as per amazon policy. & On second day the day is saturday. Office is closed due to 5 day week.& on same day I got the message the delivery will get done on saturday.
Amazaon is having pathetic courer service as well as call center service as they were misleading me through out on delivery day & on order cancellation day they were not able help in any issue. So request you to take stringent action so that this would not happen again to any customer. Also I had asked for immediate refund, they were telling me that the order needs to be gets delivered to their warehouse & then the order will get cancelled & then refund will get initiated. I told them I am not concerned about it as the order is still with amazon delivery person so I should get refund immediately.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase
