Regarding Trip Id: ************
New Delhi → Bangalore flight, Feb * ****.
I booked under CT Flex plan which allows for change of dates and I tried to reschedule to the *rd on customer service call. Aborted the call since I needed to recheck timing and did it online by clicking on reschedule under my Trips. I got a new booking under a new trip id, while the old one continued showing live. Over the next few days I kept calling customer service to ask them why it was still showing live and not gotten into refund. Call timings for these calls are given below. They kept telling me it will get done. Eventually I managed to speak to a supervisor on the travel date, that is Feb *. He cancelled it for me and informed me that my rescheduled ticket was in fact a fresh booking and since I was cancelling the old one on the day of the travel I will only get Rs. ****. I asked him to go through all the calls and investigate and get back to me. They simply gave me **** and closed the issue.
I can't seem to even find the contact for a nodal officer.
