Dear Voxya Team,
I am raising a complaint against Cleartrip regarding an unresolved payment issue.
On November **, ****, I attempted to book a trip on their platform. The payment of ₹**,*** was successfully debited from my HDFC Bank account via Google Pay (UPI Transaction ID: ************, RRN: ************). However, the booking process remained incomplete, and I did not receive any confirmation.
I have reached out to Cleartrip multiple times via email, providing the necessary details, including:
