Cleartrip - Cancelled ticket refund not received

I did a return Flight booking with Clear-trip from Mumbai to baghdodra and return for *****. (Trip ID ************). This ticket was cancelled on **th December due to personal reasons, and the refund amount of **,*** (Rupees ten thousand Five hundred and Fourteen) was shown on the portal. I accepted the same and was promised that the refund will be processed to the same account from where the booking was done. While doing constant followup i was given an ARN number and asked to follow this with my back to check for the refund. My bank as shared an email saying they are not able to refund the money because they are not able to see the refund in their records. While i have shared all the communications with Cleartrip and it has been more than one month i have still not received the refund amount and running from pillar to post to get my money back. Humble request to Cunsumer protection team to please help me get my money back.
