Complaint filed against: Amazon India
I ordered a mobile phone on 8th June, 2018 on Amazon India along with several other products. A box was delivered to me on 11th june containing 2 products. Amazon notified that mobile phone along with other product has been delivered. When I opened the box, while the other product was as per order, but instead of mobile phone a pack of Herbalife was delivered.
I promptly lodged a complaint with Amazon. They asked me to send pictures of the box, which I did. They promised that it will be resolved by 20th June. When I called them today, they tell me that they have completed the investigation and correct product has been delivered to me.
They have even blocked tabs for returning the item, or even writing a review.
I can perhaps bear the financial loss, but today I lost faith in Amazon.
