Paytm Mall - Wrong product delivered

I have ordered S size U.S polo boxers from paytm mall. After some days my parcel is delivered then after opening that parcel I got surprised because the product was totally different from the product I’ve ordered and that too of XL size. As it is obvious XL size will be of no use for me. I requested paytm mall to do something regarding this. Then I tried to register a complaint on paytm mall but after several tries, it always shows “unknown problem occurred”. I registered a complaint on the paytm app then they send me a message on ** of April and ask me to send photos of the parcel and the product. I did that but after that, there is no reply from paytm. I messaged them every day but there is no reply from their side and their contact number is always unreachable. So in this case, what should I do?
