I ordered two items from one seller in a single order from Paytm mall. Both the items had same tracking nubmer. One of the items was delivered to me and then on Paytm website as well as courier website the item was showing delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact Paytm customer care or **** helpdesk on their website. My issue was not even acknowledged. When I wrote to the sales team through Google play store with my query number, my query was closed and I hve not heard back from them till date.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
