I have ordered shoes on *th Dec,****.which was delivered on **th Dec..It doesn't fit .so I raised return request on **th Dec,****.Now on date Dec.,**,**** still pickup is pending hence No refund received.
I have raised complaint several times with paytm but nothing resolved.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
