Paytm Mall - Just one out of two items delivered

I ordered two Bajaj flashy room heaters for Rs**** (*** each) on paytm mall through app
Order I D was same for both the heaters
Cash back was received separately for the two (Rs *** each.)
The parcel delivered had only one heater but the invoice with the parcel mentioned two heaters.
I made full video of unboxing the parcel Paytm does not have any helpdesk for paytm mall Messaged them atleast ** times but no response.
